Donner & Blitzen

Another one of our holiday offerings, Donner and Blitzen are Aloe jacundas in Christmas Tree glasses.  Holes have been drilled in the bottom of each tree to allow for crucial drainage.  Aloe jacundas are beautiful little aloes with shiny, spotted green leaves.  Leaves are plump and succulent.  These babies are growing in a special "holiday" mixture of soil. The colorful soil you see from the sides of the glasses are exactly what the plant are growing in.  They will grow happily in this soil and will be fertilized for the first six months.  They will not need to be fed after that, but would probably appreciate a 1/4 strength standard fertilizer.  Water weekly or when the soil is dry (which would be obvious because they are in glass!).  Keep in bright light, but not all day sun.  They are sold as a pair and look best presented together.  Price is for both of them.
